Authentic tradition, Timeless elegance
United by a thirty-year career in music and life, Claudio and Diana are professional entertainers who enhance any ceremony with their refined musical touch.
As official Ambassadors of the Neapolitan Posteggia in the world, they offer their artistry across Italy and internationally for all occasions.
Their performance style is understated and elegant, while remaining vibrant and captivating.
Taking up this legacy from Maestro Roberto Murolo, our established musical duo, "Claudio e Diana," embarks on a series of collaborations with Campania's finest musicians. We approach the Posteggia genre with profound respect for its magical melodies and the undeniable beauty of its lyrics.
The Posteggia is an ancient and noble art, born centuries ago from storytellers who moved from table to table, performing tales of love, betrayal, and passion. Even the great Capurro, author of the immortal "’O Sole Mio," was a posteggiatore.
Our performance preserves this ancient tradition, honoring the intensity and magnificence of the original compositions.
Vittorio Paliotti traces the origins of Neapolitan song back to ancient myth. Legend tells of a siren named Parthenope who, heartbroken after Ulysses resisted her song, died along the Tyrrhenian coast. The city founded there took her name, Parthenope, before eventually becoming Naples.
This romantic tale fascinates us deeply, embodying the passion, love, and sorrow that are the essential elements of the greatest Neapolitan classics.
We present the Posteggia in its most joyful and engaging form, designed above all to convey deep emotions and sentiments. The sophistication of our repertoire makes our show the perfect accompaniment for any ceremony seeking a touch of tradition and elegance.
We welcome guests during the aperitif buffet with the delicate sounds of guitar and violin, setting the tone for the banquet to follow.
